A charge is payable by all visitors to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. This fee is payable on check in at reception and is in addition to the prices quoted above. All departures and itineraries are subject to weather and may be changed or cancelled at the discretion of Alexander Stewart Charters and/or the master of the vessel. It should be noted that adventure travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard clients we cannot be responsible for personal injury or loss due to the actions of clients beyond our control. At certain times of the year dangerous jelly fish and other sea creatures inhabit these waters and passengers should take care for their own safety. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk and the owners and operators and staff of the vessel will not be liable for any personal injury, illness or death or any other consequences what so ever of passengers being stung by jelly fish or other sea creatures. To minimise this risk we strongly recommend that you rent/hire a full length protective stinger suit during the cruise. Client cancellations made less than 21 days prior to departure will result in complete forfeiture of the full price of the sailing holiday. We recommend that you have travel insurance.
