Great Feedback continues from our Ship’s Logs
“Great day trip out on a beautiful boat! The spots you snorkel in (Langford Reef and Bali Hai) never let us down! This time we saw a hammerhead shark, a pod of dolphins, swam with turtles and watched a mother and calf whale breach and play for almost 20mins! All this in 1 day! The crew are friendly and happy to answer any questions and the food is so good and there is plenty of it! Would HIGHLY recommend this trip! Kudos!”

“We had such an awesome day on the Derwent Hunter. It was my birthday and I love the ocean. To be sailing on such a beautiful ship and snorkelling in such a beautiful location with perfect conditions was only topped off by the friendly, helpful crew. The extreme organisation of the day led to a very carefree day on our part with everything flowing smoothly and calmly. (Pardon the pun!)
Would certainly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys the ocean. Hope to do it again in the not too distant future.”

“We had the best day sailing on the Derwent Hunter. The snorkelling was fantastic and we got to see quite a few turtles and fantastic fish. The ship was pretty special to be on. While not all flash and showy, it was well maintained and authentic. The kids got to raise one of the smaller sails and also got to steer the ship while it was sailing. My daughter and i needed gluten free food, and the crew were very accommodating. I highly recommend this tour.”

“We did the day trip on the sail boat and it was like a daydream, beautiful. We went snorkelling and swam with lots of turtles. We were able to walk on a sand beach island that was like something out of the movies. Getting involved on the boat I highly recommend, it adds to the fun. And extra impressive is that the day’s food was all included and fantastic.”
